Even with rain and cool weather the Tech's came to check out why my A/C unit kept coming on and off. As always they did their diagnostics, and within a short period of time they had unit running as it should. Both techs were friendly, courteous and professional. Owner Ken did not hesitate to inform me someone should be there within the hour as long as weather holds up and we got lucky slight rain at one point.
Austin did a great job identifying why our air conditioner unit kept shutting down. He was able to find the needed parts quickly, installed them and got the air unit up and running, thank goodness. Highly recommend K&R.
